Once you have placed your order please email your Photo for your canvas print to: sales[!at] dp-g.co.uk
Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed if no photo is received we will email you requesting this if we do not get a response within 7 days a refund will be issued and order cancelled.
For best results please make sure the file size is over 500kb for jpg/jpeg/pdf and over 1mb for PNG/BMP files
DO NOT SEND PHOTOS FROM FACEBOOK, These are generally too small and we cannot print these images onto Canvas.
When emailing from your smart phones please make sure you send the original photo and make sure it is sent FULL SIZE.

Please note colours will vary from monitor to monitor depending in individual settings and manufactures. These variations can also include brightness / darkness of the image. We recommend adjusting settings on your monitor, viewing the proofs with different settings. Every effort is made to make your image look as good as it possibly can but please note the quality of your finished product is very dependent upon the quality of the image supplied to us by yourselves. Unfortunately poor image quality / resolution = poor product.

Each canvas is printed to order within 2 - 4 working days. Standard shipping is via Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 2 - 3 working days within the UK. A UK delivery upgrade is available within for Next Working Day delivery but please note that this is from the dispatch date and not the date of ordering.
